BidCraft authorises each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarise, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. The Materials will be available for 90 days from date of booking. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorised use of the Site.

Geographic location

If you, as a User, purchase Materials from this Site or BidCraft while outside of the UK, you may not user or access the materials while in the UK.

User Warranty

As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other training or APMP authorised training organisation, and the Site and Materials are solely for the purpose of your own certification or learning. You will comply with all laws, and are solely responsible for content you provide. We may, but do not have to, review, filter, block or remove content. We will not be liable to you or any third party for the submitted content, and we make no warranty that any submitted content obtained or displayed through the Site is accurate or complete.

Trademark and Copyright

BidCraft, and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of BidCraft and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorised use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

BidCraft has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. Force Majeure

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement if that failure results from any cause beyond our control, such as the elements; fire; flood; severe weather; earthquake; pandemic; vandalism; accidents; sabotage; power failure; denial of service attacks or similar attacks or other acts of hackers; Internet or network failures or interruptions; acts of God and the public enemy; acts of war; acts of terrorism; riots; civil or public disturbances; strikes, lockouts or labour disruptions; any laws, orders, rules, regulations, or acts or restraints of any government or governmental body or authority, civil or military, including the orders and judgments of courts.

Severability

If a court finds part of this Agreement to be invalid, the rest will continue to apply with the minimum changes required to remove the invalid part

The Terms are effective as of 12th May 2020 and are subject to change without notice by BidCraft at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
